My tours

1. At the Tour Soctrip homepage interface, click on the button Plan new journey
2. Enter your tour destination and then click Start
3. Enter full tour information:
• Overview information
  
  Upload a cover photo of the tour
  Edit the destination
  Edit tour name
  Click 1 day and then customize the number of travel days
  Enter highlights of the tour
  Tick to select adventure styles
  Enter hashtag
• Check out the Explore section to see related information and add the place to your itinerary. This displays posts (if any) related to the place.
  
  Click Browse all to view more posts, featured tours related to the place, and attractions in your area. Click on the tour for reference
  
  Click Add to trip at the location you want to add to the itinerary, then select the date you want to add.
• Refer to Recommended places and add places to your itinerary. Here shows suggested places related to the destination.
  
  Click View all to see more places.
  At the desired place, click on the icon (+) and then select the days you want to add it to the itinerary.
  
  

  How to search and add locations directly on the map?

  Step 1: Click on the search icon

  Step 2: Enter a name of the place you want to add in the search box

  Step 3: Click Add to trip, then select the days you want to add it to the itinerary

  - After entering the itinerary, the map will display the order numbers of the locations in the itinerary and the lines connecting the locations.

  - Click on the compass icon and then select a starting point and a destination to see directions.

  - Click on the Map layers icon  and then tick the box to classify the places you want to see to view a map showing locations by category.

• Tour itinerary details:
  
  Add a subheading for the tour day
  Enter the place name. At each place name:
  
  + Enter detail description
  + Upload images of the place
  + Add an estimated cost for the place
  + Add a start - end tour time. In case of being left blank, the system defaults to “Flex time”
  Click Add place to add places during the day
  Click on the  to delete the place
  Drag and drop the icon  to arrange the order of places during the day
  Click on the more buttonof the corresponding days to arrange the days in the itinerary:
  
  + Insert day before
  + Insert day after
  + Move day up
  + Move day down
  + Delete day
  Click + New day to add more days for the tour
• The Spotlight section displays the hot tour spots. You can choose places from all the places entered in the tour itinerary.
• Espense. Show estimated cost per place (added in itinerary details) and total tour cost.
4. Click Save to finish creating the community tour
• Tick the Publish box to make the tour public; if the tour is not publicized, it will be saved as a Draft.
• Click Preview to view the tour in preview mode.

At the homepage interface, click on the icon on the toolbar and then go to My tours.

• Click on the tour status you want to follow to track all tours in that status:

• • • Published: The tour is currently public on Soctrip
    • Warning: The tour has issues that need to be reviewed or edited, such as missing or incorrect information. You need to recheck it.
    • Rejected: The tour violates Soctrip's regulations. You need to review and adjust it if you want it to be published.
    • Draft: The tour is currently private.
    • Trash: The tour has been removed but not permanently deleted from the system. You can choose to restore or permanently delete the tour.

• In the search box, enter the tour name to search.

1. At the tour you want to edit, click on the more buttonthen click Edit 
2. Update the information and then click Save to finish the edit

1. At the draft tour you want to publish, click on the more buttonthen click Publish
2. When a confirmation message appears, click Publish to finish

Steps to Unpublish:

1. At the tour you want to convert to a draft, click on the more buttonthen click Unpublish
2. When a confirmation message appears, click Unpublish to finish

Option 1: Copy the link

1. At the tour you want to share, click on the more buttonthen click Copy link
2. Click Copy

Option 2: Share to feed

1. At the tour you want to share, click on the more buttonthen click Share to feed
2. Enter your feelings and then click Post to finish

1. At the tour you want to move to trash, click on the more buttonthen click Move to trash

2. When a confirmation message appears, click Move to finish

Restore a tour:

1. Click Trash
2. At the tour you want to restore, click on the more buttonrồi nhấn Khôi phục
3. When a confirmation message appears, click Restore to finish

Delete a tour permanently:

1. Click Trash

2. At the tour you want to delete permanently, click on the more buttonthen click Delete
3. When a confirmation message appears, click Delete to finish.
