Shuttle bus management

The manager provides features that help shuttle owners easily and quickly create a list of airport transfer services on the Soctrip platform, ensuring full details of the service, photos, pick-up and drop-off routes, and requests are provided when booking a shuttle. Once completed, the service can be made public so that customers can search and book a shuttle easily. This tool supports shuttle owners in effectively managing the service category and ensuring transparent information for customers.

In the left column of the manager interface, select Shuttle bus (Airport Transfer) from the top option box to proceed with the setup.

Route management

In the shuttle service management interface, access the Route management section in the left column of the screen.

STEPS TO ADD A NEW ROUTE

  1. Click Add route
  2. Enter the full information about the pick-up/drop-off route:
    • Select an airport
    • Select a pick-up/drop-off area: Country, State/Province/Region, City/District
  3. Click Confirm to complete the new route addition.

ROUTE MANAGEMENT

  • In the search box, enter the route name or destination/pick-up point to find.
  • Click the icon battat1.png to turn on/off the route activity.
  • Edit route information: Turn off the route activity, then click the icon chinhsua1.png. Update the information and click Confirm to complete.
  • Delete a route: Click the icon at the route you want to remove from the list. Once the confirmation message appears, click Delete.
Service management

In the shuttle service management interface, access the Service management section in the left column of the screen.

STEPS TO CREATE A NEW SERVICE:

  1. Click Create new service
  2. Enter all general information:
    • Service information:
      b.pngEnter service name
      b.pngSelect the number of seats
      b.pngSelect timezone
      b.pngEnter the maximum number of passengers and baggages
      b.pngEnter the service description for each language
    • Shuttle photos
      b.pngUpload at least 5 images of the shuttle from different angles
      b.pngClick an image to select it as the main image
    • Service amenities:
      b.pngTick to select the amenities of the shuttle
      b.pngEnter a new amenity and click Add to include it in the list of options
    • Driver information: Enter the description for each language to guide customers on how to find your driver.
  3. Click Continue to proceed with the shuttle rental information setup.
  4. Enter all rental information
    • Route information:
      b.pngSelect the route you've added in the Route management section to apply it to the service.
      b.pngClick the icon thungrac.png to delete the selected route.
    • Terms of use: Enter the terms of use corresponding to each language.
  5. Click Create to complete the new service creation.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT:

  • In the search box, enter the service name to find.
  • Publish a service: At the service you want to publish, click Publish (You can only enable publishing if the shuttle agency has been legally approved).
  • View details: Click the action button 3cham - Copy.png at the corresponding service and select View details.
  • Edit the service information: Click the action button 3cham - Copy.png at the corresponding service and click Edit. Update the information you need to edit and click Update to complete.
  • Delete a service: Click the action button 3cham - Copy.png at the service you want to remove from the list, and click Delete. Once the confirmation message appears, click Delete.
