Registering information and submitting a verification request are important steps to determine identity. Verifying the legitimacy of the provider's business ensures credibility and trust for both customers and businesses. Only verified car owners are eligible to start providing services and reaching customers on Soctrip.
STEPS TO REGISTER INFORMATION TO BECOME A PARTNER:
- After logging into your Soctrip account, click on the icon
in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Visit Partner center
- Select the Car Rental module
- Enter the following information completely and accurately:
- Service types: Car rental and/or Airport transfer
- Full name
- Phone number
- Address line 1
- Address line 2 (optional)
- Country/Region
- Province/State
- City/District
- Preferred currency
- Timezone
- Business role: Business or Personal
- Check the information again. Then, click Submit request to register information to become a Soctrip partner.
After that, you can set up some basic information such as car/service information, promotions, rental prices, rental availability schedule but you are not able to make your business public until Soctrip approves your registration request.
Once the registration information to become a partner has been approved, the car owner is supposed to provide additional relevant documents to Soctrip for legal approval.
STEPS TO SUBMIT A LEGAL VERIFICATION REQUEST:
- At the car owner management interface, select the Settings section located in the left column of the screen and then select the Contract item.
Alternatively, click Publish on the car/service you want to make public. A notification requesting legal verification will appear, select Go to contract item. - Click Edit
- Upload the required documents. Click Add new to add more documents.
- Check the box that states I am the authorized signatory for the contract
- Click Submit to complete sending the legal verification request.
After the request is submitted, the system will verify the car agency information. If the verification is successful, you can start doing business on Soctrip. If the verification is rejected, please check the reason for rejection and resubmit the request.

Documentation requirements
- Official documents issued and recognized by the host country.
- Documents within the valid period, either the original or a notarized copy with validity/an official seal.
- Documents with full personal/business information.
- Documents with photos must clearly show the entire face.
- Photos of the document must be taken in a well-lit area, sharp, in color, unobscured, and with clearly readable text.
- Scans must be from the original document, and photos must be taken directly with a phone, not through another device's screen.
- Images must show all sides and pages of the documents.
NOTES:
- Car owners are required to update documents and resubmit the verification request in the event that previously authenticated verification is no longer accurate.
- In case the Car owner changes the information on the registration documents at the State agency in the host country, the Car owner must update the changed information and Soctrip will verify again.
- In case Soctrip requests additional verification documents to ensure the operation process on the Soctrip system, the Car owner must update the information as requested and resend the verification request.
- Soctrip will send you an email as soon as your request is approved. While waiting for verification, although you cannot publicly offer your service, you can still set up some basic information in advance such as car/service information, promotions or rental availability schedule.
