When accessing the Car rental page, you will find a variety of car models such as new generation cars, family cars, sports cars, and cars ranging from 2 to 45 seats ready to meet your rental needs with/without a driver or for airport transfers. With a smart search feature, you can easily find a suitable car based on location, rental duration, car brand, rental price, or customer ratings, etc. The Car rental page interface is designed to be user-friendly, integrating optimized support features to help you find your desired car and complete the booking/rental process quickly on Soctrip.
The Car rental homepage displays information, including:
- A list of the best-price cars for you (without driver)
- A list of the best-price cars for you (with driver)
- Cars you might like (good prices and highly rated by customers)
- Locations offering airport car pick-up and drop-off services
- A quick guide on the car rental process
How to find your desired car?
- On the search bar, select to rent a car Without driver, With driver, or Airport transfer
- In case of selecting Without driver/With driver:
- Enter a location to search for cars. Select Cars near you to view cars near your location.
- Choose a rental duration (Start date/End date).
- Enter the airport name and pick-up/drop-off location
- Choose the airport transfer time (Date/Time)
- Click Search
In the search results list, you can view:
- The total number of cars found
- The car list is displayed in order based on the Nearest criterion. In the Sort by criteria box, select the corresponding criterion to adjust the car display order:
Nearest
- The car list is displayed based on the Filter options. On the left column of the search results list, select the filtering criteria according to your car rental needs. Click Reset to reset the filters:
What information does the car details page provide?
- To find your desired car, you can view the car details to carefully consider before deciding to book/rent a car. The car details page interface will provide the following information:
icon to communicate more information with the car owner
- Tick the rating score to filter.
- Click Helpful if you find the review useful in the car choosing process.
- Click Report if you find the review inappropriate. Select the reason for reporting and then click Confirm.
How to mark a car and review the saved cars list?
- On each car, click on the
icon to mark and save the car.
- To view the saved list, click on the
icon on the toolbar and select Saved list.
- Select the Car rentals section to view your saved car list.
- In the search bar, enter the car name to find
- Click on the car name to open the car information details page
- At the action button
corresponding to the saved car, click Change collection to transfer the car to another collection. Click Unsaved to delete the car from the saved list.
Steps to create a new collection in the saved list:
- Click Create new collection
- Enter collection name
- Click Save to complete
- At the action button
How to find your desired car?
- On the search bar, select to rent a car Without driver, With driver, or Airport transfer
- In case of selecting Without driver/With driver:
- Enter a location to search for cars. Select Cars near you to view cars near your location.
- Choose a rental duration (Start date/End date).
- Enter the airport name and pick-up/drop-off location
- Choose the airport transfer time (Date/Time)
- Tap Search
In the search results list, you can view:
- The total number of cars found
- The car list is displayed in order based on the Nearest criterion. Tap Sort, select the corresponding criteria to arrange the car display order, then tap Apply. Tap Reset to choose sorting criteria again:
- The car list is displayed based on the Filter options. In the top right corner of the screen, tap on the
icon, select the filtering criteria that match your car search needs, then tap Apply. Tap Reset to choose the filters again:

- View customer reviews (if available)
- Tap Rent this car to see more details:
How to mark a car and review the saved cars list?
- On each car, tap on the
- To review the saved list, select Menu on the bottom menu bar
- Select Saved list
- Select Car Rental and then choose My Collections
- At the action button
Steps to create a new collection in the saved list:
- At the saved car collection list interface, tap + Create new collection
- Enter collection name
- Tap Save to complete
