Book/rent a car

1. Select the car you want to rent and click View Details
2. On the car detail page:
   • Re-select the check-in/check-out dates if you want to change the rental period
   • Choose the rental type: With driver or Without driver
     
     If selecting With driver: In the Delivery information section: Click Add pick-up location, enter your address, then pin it  to the exact position, after that, click Apply location.
     
     If selecting Without driver: In the Delivery information section: select Self pickup or Doorstep delivery (enter your pick-up location in the My location field or click Select your location, enter the address, pin it  to the exact position, then click Apply location).
3. Click Rent this car
4. Enter complete contact information:
   • Full name
   • Email
   • Phone number
5. Click Select vouchers
   
   • Tick to select the applicable discount code and then click Confirm
   • In case of a separate discount code: Click Add voucher code, enter a code, and then click Apply
6. Review the Car rental information and Price details, then click Checkout
   
   • 30% of the trip cost must be paid in advance via Soctrip to secure the booking.
   • The remaining 70% should be paid to the car owner after completing the car pick-up procedure.
7. Check all the information again, then click Payment to proceed to the next step.

1. Select the car service you want to book, then click View Details
2. On the car detail page:
   • Click on the icon if you want to swap the Drop-off and Pick-up locations (pick-up at the airport or drop-off at the airport).
   • Re-select the check-in date and time if you want to change the car booking time.
   • Click +/- to select the number of cars you want to book.
3. Click Rent this car
4. Enter your full information:
   • Contact information: Full name, Email, Phone number.
   • Flight information: Airline name and Flight number.
   • Notes for the driver (if any).
5. Click Select vouchers
   
   • Tick to select the applicable discount code and then click Confirm.
   • In case of a separate discount code: Click Add voucher code, enter the code, and then click Apply.
6. Review the Car rental information and Price details, then click Checkout
   
   • 30% of the trip cost must be paid in advance via Soctrip to secure the booking.
   • The remaining 70% should be paid to the car owner after completing the car pickup procedure.
7. Check all the information again, then click Payment to proceed to the next step.

On the online payment interface:

1. Select the payment method:
   • ATM card/Internet Banking
   • Visa, MasterCard
   • E-wallet
   • Scan QR code/Transfer
   • Mobile money
   • Buy now pay later
   • Installment conversion
2. Select Promotional vouchers from the payment gateway
   Step 1: Click on Promotional voucher in the Payment information column
   Step 2: Select the voucher that you are eligible to apply for the car booking
   Step 3: Click Apply
3. Click Pay now
4. Follow the required steps (enter card information, enter personal information, scan QR code, etc.) for the payment method you selected to complete the payment.
