Book a tour

1. Select the tour you want to book
2. Select the departure date and the number of travelers
• Select a departure date with corresponding tour price
• View notes about travelers
• View notes about children on tour
• Select the number of adults and children on tour
3. Choose combos and service packages in the tour (if needed)
   
   

   The combo includes tour price and combo services

4. Click Book now
   
   

   The amount next to it is the total payment (including taxes and charges) after applying for the current promotion

5. Enter full booking information
   
   Step 1: Enter full contact information:
   • Full name
   • Email
   • Phone number
   Step 2: Enter full information of travelers:
   • Full name
   • Email
   • Phone number
   • If the traveler is the contact person, tick the box Use same contact information
   • Click Add adult or Add child to add traveler information
   • Click on theicon to upload traveler list (if any)
6. Enter Special requests (if any)
   
   If you cannot arrive at the designated pickup point: Tick the box Please indicate the pick up location. Choose Select pick up location and then enter the pickup address.
   
   

   For other special requests, tick the box Other and enter the request description.

7. Click Select vouchers
   
   Tick ​​the applicable voucher code and click Confirm
   
   

   If you have a separate voucher code: Select Add voucher code, then enter the code, and click Apply

8. Click Checkout
9. Check your tour booking information again and click Payment to move to the next step

At the online payment interface:

1. Select payment method:
• ATM card/Internet Banking
• Visa, MasterCard
• E-Wallet
• Scan QR code/Bank transfer
• Mobile money
• Buy now pay later
• Installment
  
  

  The system defaults to displaying the payment interface using Vietnamese domestic cards. Click Pay via international card in the upper corner of the screen to make payment using your international card.

2. Select a promotional voucher from the payment gateway
   
   Step 1: Click Promotional vouchers in the Payment information column
   
   Step 2: Select the voucher you are eligible to apply to your booking
   
   Step 3: Click Confirm
3. Click Pay now
4. Follow the required steps (such as entering card information, personal details, scanning QR code) for each payment method you have selected to complete the payment.
