Policies management

At the manager interface for travel agencies, select Policies Management in the left column of the screen.

In the search box, enter the policy name to search. Click on the policy name to view details.

1. Click on Create policies in the upper right corner of the Policies management interface
2. Enter policy name
3. Set up children policy
• Enter child age limit
• Enter child height limit
• Enter the child fee rate compared to the adult fee
4. Set up reservation restriction
• Enter minimum age limit
• Enter maximum age limit
• Enter the day and time limit for reservation before departure date
5. Set up cancellation policy:
• Non-refundable
• Refundable
  
  In case of selecting Refundable:
  - Enter policy name
  - Set up fees for different cancellation periods before departure date
  - Click Add new in the left corner to add a cancellation fee setup
  - Click Add new in the right corner to add a cancellation policy
  - In case where there are two or more cancellation policies, click the button to Enable/Disable to set it as the default policy
6. Enter policy description
7. Click Confirm to complete creating the new policy.

1. Click on the options button and then click Edit on the policy you want to edit
2. Edit the policy information and click Confirm to complete

1. Click on the options button and then click Delete on the policy you want to delete
2. When a confirmation message appears, click Delete to complete

At the manager interface for travel agencies, select the Settings section in the left column of the screen and then select Payment Type.

Soctrip currently only supports booking and immediate payment to secure the reservation. Post-booking payment is not yet available.
