How do I block someone on Soctrip?
When you block someone, that person cannot view your uploaded content on your timeline, tag you, chat with you, or add you as a friend.
The blocked person will not receive any notification when you block them.
- Go to the person’s profile, select the action
icon right on top of the profile interface
- Select Block
- When the blocking confirmation pop-up appears, select Confirm to finish.
The blocked profile will immediately appear as unavailable for you.
- Go to the person’s profile, select the action
- Select Block
- When the blocking confirmation pop-up appears, select Confirm to finish.
You will then be redirected to the news feed and cannot access the profile of the blocked person anymore.
How do I unblock someone on Soctrip?
When you unblock someone, that person will be able to see your public post uploaded on your timeline. However, you will not automatically become friends again. If you wish to add that unblocked person as a friend, you need to send them a new friend request.
- Select the avatar thumbnail
on the top-right corner of the Soctrip interface, then choose Settings and security.
- Select Privacy
- Select Blocking
- On the list of people you've blocked, select Unblock next to the username you want to unblock.
- At the homepage interface, select the
icon at the end of the Soctrip menu bar, scroll down then select Settings and privacy
- Select Privacy
- Select Blocking
- Select Block users
- On the list of people you've blocked, select Unblock next to the username you want to unblock.
