Marketing management setup

1. Click Add voucher in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Fill in basic voucher information
   • Select a voucher type: Shop voucher or Livestream voucher
   • Enter a voucher code
   • Enter budget (This is the maximum amount you're willing to pay or offer a discount to a customer through a voucher. When the total discount amount of money used by the customer reaches this number, the voucher will no longer be valid)
   • Enter a voucher name
   • Click the time box to set up a valid period for the voucher.
     + Tick No expired date to set up the voucher with an unlimited valid period.
3. Set up the voucher
   • Voucher with fixed amount: Reducing a certain amount of money on each order when applying vouchers.
   • Voucher by percentage: Reducing an amount of money corresponding to a percentage of the total order value when applying vouchers.

   Case 1: Select the voucher with fixed amount

   Step 1: Select Fixed amount and then input the corresponding money amount
   
   Step 2: Input the minimum order value to be applicable to the voucher
   
   

   Case 2: Select the voucher by percentage

   Step 1: Select By percentage and then input the corresponding percentage
   
   Step 2: Set up the maximum discount value:
   
   No limit: No discount amount limits per voucher application.
   Set amount: Input the maximum discount amount limit per voucher application.
   
   Step 3: Input the minimum order value to be applicable to the voucher
   
   Click Add new setting to add more voucher settings
   Input the total number of vouchers
   Enter the maximum number of times a buyer can apply for the voucher and the maximum number of uses in the given period.
   
   

   Note: The “Minimum order price” applied in the following setting must be greater than the “Minimum order price” applied in the previous setting.

4. Set up the voucher display & applicable products
   
   

   Select voucher display settings

   • Select Display on all pages: show on homepage, product page, cart and also share on Soctrip Merchant Live, reach maximum buyers.
   • Select To be shared through voucher code: make vouchers unpublic, only share via the code.

   Select products for applying vouchers

   • Apply to all shop products:
     
     Select All products to apply the voucher for all products
   • Apply to certain shop products:
     
     Step 1: Select Specific products
     
     Step 2: Click Add product
     
     Select a product category for searching
     Enter a product name for searching
     
     Step 3: Tick the product checkboxes to apply the voucher
     
     Step 4: Click Add to finish adding the product
   • Apply to shop product categories:
     
     Step 1: Select Category
     
     Step 2: Click Select categories
     
     Step 3: Choose a category to apply the voucher
     
     Step 4: Click Choose to finish selecting the category

5. Check all set-ups.

   Note: The system only allows editing of upcoming voucher information. You can view a preview of vouchers on the right side of the screen to easily check and finalize the information.

6. Click Submit to finish voucher creation
   • Tick Publish to publicize the voucher

In the Marketing channel category, select Voucher management where sellers can track products by status:

• Ongoing
• Upcoming
• Expired
• Deactivate

In the voucher search box, enter a voucher name or voucher code for searching

Tick Show active only to search ongoing vouchers

Click Sort to sort voucher display order according to the corresponding criteria:

• A -> Z
• Z -> A
• Discount value increase
• Discount value decrease

Click Filter to use voucher filters:

• Select a voucher type to be filtered:
  + Shop voucher
  + Livestream voucher
• Select a valid time period
  + Tick No expired date to filter vouchers with an unlimited valid period
• Click Apply to start filter application
• Click Reset to reselect a filter.

1. At the voucher to be viewed the details, click on the icon
2. Select View details

1. At the voucher to be edited information, on the icon
2. Select Edit voucher
3. Update the information to be changed and then click Save to finish.

1. At the voucher to be deactivated, on the icon
2. Click Set deactivate
3. Nhấn Xác nhận để hoàn tất.

• In the search box, enter the promotion name for searching.
• In the time box, select the time period of the promotion for searching.

1. Click Register in the desired promotion
2. Click Add product to add shop products to the promotion.
   • Click the product status sections to track products waiting for approval, approved, and rejected by Soctrip.
3. Tick the product checkboxes to add them to the promotion.
   • Select a product category for searching
   • Enter a product name for searching
4. Click Add to finish adding the product
5. Input discount percent applied for each product
6. Input product quantity applied to the promotion.
7. Input order limits for each product applied to the promotion
8. Click Submit to finish registration.

1. Click Create campaign in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Set up general settings for the ad campaign:
   
   Enter a campaign name
   
   Enter budget
   
   Enter Start Date - End Date to schedule running the ad campaign
   
   Tick No expired date to have an unlimited campaign runtime
3. Set up product settings to be applied in the ad campaign:
   
   Step 1: Click Add product
   
   Step 2: Select a product category or enter a product name for searching
   
   Step 3: Tick the product checkboxes to be applied in the ad campaign
   
   Step 4: Click Add to finish.
4. Click Submit to finish creating the ad campaign.

• Click on the icon to remove the product from the list.

At the Advertisement’s main interface, you can customize detailed display of advertising indexes:

1. Click Custom columns in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Tick the index checkboxes to display. Uncheck or click on the X icon to hide the indexes from the screen.
3. Drag and drop each index to set up display order
4. Click Confirm to finish.

To search for your ad:

• In the search box, enter the ad name for searching.
• In the time box, select the time period of the ad for searching.

1. At the ad campaign to be edited, click on the icon
2. Select Edit
3. Edit the information and then click Submit to finish

1. At the ad campaign to be deactivated, switch on the toggle to suspend the ad campaign.
2. When a confirmation message appears, click Confirm to finish suspending the ad campaign

1. At the ad campaign to be deleted, click on the icon
2. Select Delete
3. When a confirmation message appears, click Delete to finish deleting the ad campaign.

1. At the program to be registered, click Register
2. Click Add product for adding the shop products to the program
   • Click status sections to track products waiting for approval, approved, and rejected by Soctrip
3. Tick the product checkboxes to apply the vouchers
   • Select a product category for searching
   • Enter a product name for searching
4. Click Add to finish adding the product.
5. Click Submit to finish the registration.
