Product management setup

1. Click Add Product at the top right corner of the screen to create a new product
2. Fill in the complete information:
   
   Step 1: Enter a product name
   
   Step 2: Select a product category
   
   Step 3: Enter hashtags
   
   Step 4: Add images
   
   Step 5: Put the Youtube video link in the box and click Upload
3. Enter product descriptions
4. Enter product details
   
   • Click Add new attribute to add a product attribute (condition, brand, etc.).
   • Click the icon  to delete the attribute.
5. Set product prices
   
   Step 1: Enter a SKU number
   
   Step 2: Enter the quantity of available products
   
   Step 3: Enter the product price
   
   Step 4: Enter the sale price
   
   Step 5: Click Add variant to add a variant
   
   Step 6: Enter a variant name
   
   Step 7: Enter an option value name
   
   Step 8: Click Add option to add a specific option for the variant
   
   Step 9: Set the price for each variant option
   
   
   Click Apply for all variants to apply the general information to all variants
6. Set up shipment information
   
   Step 1: Enter the product weight
   
   Step 2: Enter the product width
   
   Step 3: Enter the product length
   
   Step 4: Enter the product height
7. Add related products (recommend additional products that match customer needs)
   
   Step 1: Click Add product related
   + Select a product category
   + In the Search product box, enter the product name to find
   Step 2: Tick the related product box
   
   Step 3: Click Add to complete
   
   
   Click the icon  at the respective product you want to remove from the list of related products.
8. Add add-on products (encourage customers to purchase add-on products if eligible)
   
   Step 1: Click Add product
   + Select a product category
   + In the Search product box, enter the product name to find
   Step 2: Tick the add-on product box
   
   Step 3: Click Add to complete
   
   
   Click the icon  at the respective product you want to remove from the list of add-on products.
9. Save and publish the product

• • • Tick the Publish product box to publicly display the product for sell on the platform.
    • Click Save to complete creating the product.

1. At the product you want to edit, click the action button.
2. Select Edit product
3. Edit the product information, then click Save to complete.

1. At the product you want to publish, click the action button.
2. Select Activate product
3. Once a confirmation message appears, click Confirm to complete.

1. At the product you want to unpublish, click the action button.
2. Select Set as draft
3. Once a confirmation message appears, click Confirm to complete.

1. At the product you want to duplicate, click the action button.
2. Select Duplicate product
3. Once a confirmation message appears, click Duplicate
4. Edit the product information, then click Save to complete.

1. At the product you want to temporarily delete, click the action button.
2. Select Move to trash
3. Once a confirmation message appears, click Confirm to complete

1. Access the Trash section
2. At the product you want to restore, click the action button
3. Select Restore product
4. Once a confirmation message appears, click Confirm to complete.

1. Access the Trash section
2. At the product you want to permanently delete, click the action button
3. Select Delete product
4. Once a confirmation message appears, click Delete to complete.

In addition to creating each product directly, sellers can import information for multiple products at once to help save time.

1. In the Tools menu in the left column of the screen, select Import products
2. Click the Download button at the top right of the screen to view the product information import form.
3. Fill in the product information according to the form:
   
   General information
   + SKU number: enter the SKU number of each variant in turn according to the syntax: [product SKU code]_[variant sequence number]
   + Product name
   + Category Code
   + Hashtags
   Product description
   
   Pricing
   + Var: variant name
   + In stock: number of products in stock
   + Price: product price
   + Sale price
   Image: uploaded image name
   
   

   Note: Ensure the image name matches the uploaded image name.

   
   Public: set the product publicity: TRUE (Public), FALSE (Not public)
   
   Shipment setting
   + Weight
   + Width
   + Length
   + Height
4. Upload the file with full product information.
5. Upload the corresponding images entered in the Excel file
6. Click Import products to complete the product upload.

1. Click Add category at the top right of the screen

   • Add category images
   • Enter a tax percentage
   • Select a category type
3. Click Add to complete creating the category

1. At the category you want to add a sub-category to, click the button , select Sub category
2. Fill in the information for the category:
   • Enter a category name
   • Add category images
   • Enter a tax percentage
   • Select a category type
3. Click Add to complete creating the sub-category.

1. At the category you want to edit, click the button , select Edit
2. Edit the category information, then click Save to finish.

1. At the category you want to delete, click the button , select Delete
2. Once a confirmation message appears, click Delete to complete.

1. Click the category you want to add a product
2. Click Add product
3. Tick the product box you want to add to the category
   
   Enter the product name to search
4. Click Add to finish.

1. Click the category you want to remove a product from
2. At the product you want to remove, click Remove
3. Once a confirmation message appears, click Remove to complete.
