ORDER MANAGEMENT
The Order management section allows sellers to track orders by status:
- Wait for confirmation
- Wait for shipment
- To deliver
- Delivered
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Refund
In the order search box, enter the order code or product name to search.
What information does the order details provide?
To view the details of an order, click on the icon or order code. The displayed order details include:
- Order information: Order code, Status, Order date, Shipment code, Note
- Delivery information: Buyer name, Address, Phone
- Order status: Wait for shipment, To deliver, Delivered, Completed, Cancelled

- Product list: Quantity of items, Item name, Quantity of products, Price of each item

Payment information:
Payment method, Vouchers, Tax, Discounts, Delivery, Delivery discount - Total payment.
MANAGEMENT ORDERS BY STATUS
The Wait for confirmation status includes orders that have not yet been confirmed.
Steps to confirm an order
- Click the view details button
or click on the order code of the order that is in the Wait for confirmation status
- Click the Confirm button to complete the order confirmation. The order will automatically change to the Wait for shipment status.
Steps to cancel an order
- Click the view details button
or click on the order code of the order that is in the Wait for confirmation status
- Click Cancel order
- Choose a cancelation reason and enter note (optional)
- Click Confirm to complete the order cancellation.
The Wait for shipment status includes:
- Orders that have been confirmed by the seller.
- Orders are being packed
- Orders are waiting for shipping unit to pick up
The To deliver status includes:
- Orders that the courier received from the shop
- Orders are being shipped
- Orders are being delivered to the customer
The Delivered status includes orders that have been successfully delivered.
The Completed status includes orders that have been confirmed by the buyer as received.
The Canceled status includes orders cancelled by Soctrip, shops and buyers. In case of prepaid orders, the refund process will be completed within 7-30 days.

Cancellation by Soctrip may be due to:
Seller does not confirm order on time
Seller's preparation time for goods is overdue for delivery to the carrier
Violation of Soctrip policy (fraud, forgery, scam…)

Cancellation by shop can be due to:
Shipping address is not available for delivery
The product is out of stock
Unable to contact buyer

Cancellation by buyer may be due to:
No longer needing the product
Need to edit shipping address
Need more coupon codes or found another product cheaper
The Refund status includes orders for which the buyer has submitted a return and refund request.
Steps to approve a refund request
- Click on the order code to view refund request details
- Click Approve
- A confirmation pop-up appears, click Approve to accept the request.
After receiving approval for the refund request, the buyer will return the order or contact the shop in case of a refund-without-return scenario and wait for refund confirmation.
- Click on the order code to view refund request details
- Click Refund
- A confirmation pop-up appears, click Refund to confirm your agreement to the refund.
- Click Reject
- Select reasons for rejection and enter notes (optional)
- Click Reject
- A confirmation pop-up appears, click Reject to confirm the refund rejection.

- Click Reject
