Conditions to receive SocPoint

Only active personal accounts can receive SocPoint.

Methods to receive SocPoint

Method 1:

Upload quality posts or livestreams on profile, Fanpages, and Groups to receive SocPoint sent from personal users who love it.

Note:

When SocPoint is sent to a post or livestreams on a profile, the personal account owner will receive that number of SocPoint.
When SocPoint is sent to a post or livestreams on a Soctrip Fanpage, the personal account that is the Fanpage admin will receive that number of SocPoint.
When SocPoint is sent to a post or livestreams on a Soctrip group, the personal account that uploads the post will receive that number of SocPoint.

Method 2:

Receive SocPoint directly to your personal account sent from personal users who like your account.

How do I know where I received my SocPoint from?

View notifications

When your account receives SocPoint from other personal accounts or when you complete a mission to receive SocPoint, you will get a notification from the Soctrip system

To view system notifications

Click the [notification] icon

at the top right of the screen

On the home page interface, tap on the [notification] icon

at the end of the Soctrip menu bar

View total SocPoint received right on posts/personal livestreams, Fanpages, and Groups on Soctrip

Posts or livestreams on Soctrip that receive Socpoint from the gift sending feature will display the total number of Socpoint received right below each post or livestream.

Note: You cannot see who sent SocPoint to other people's posts/livestreams on Soctrip. Only the recipient can see who sent them the SocPoint.

View SocPoint history

You can view detailed SocPoint receiving history on your Profile in the SocPoint History section.
