Conditions for sending SocPoint
- SocPoint can only be used to send between individuals or content on social networks (posts, livestreams...) and cannot be used for products, hotels, tours, etc.
- Users who want to use the SocPoint sending feature on Soctrip must have a SocPoint balance in their personal account greater than or equal to the amount of SocPoint they want to give, or buy more SocPoint to send.
How to send SocPoint on Soctrip
Send SocPoint on personal/Fanpage/Group posts on Soctrip
- Click on the icon
Gift right below the post of the individual/Fanpage/Group that you want to send SocPoint to.
- Select 1 of 6 SocPoint levels that you want to send
- Click Send
- Click Confirm to complete.
- Tap on the Gift icon
- Select 1 of 6 SocPoint levels that you want to send
- Tap Send
- Tap Confirm to complete.
In case your SocPoint balance is not enough for the amount of SocPoint that you want to send, you need to top up the recommended amount of SocPoint by:
- Checking the recommended number of SocPoint to be recharged (converted to the corresponding amount of money)
100 SocPoint = 1USD - Tapping Pay
- Selecting a payment method that you want to use.
The system supports many payment methods such as ATM card/Internet Banking; Visa, Master Card; E-wallet; QR code scanning/Transfer. - Tapping on Promotional vouchers and selecting the voucher you want to use (if there is an available promotional voucher)
- Tapping Pay now
- Filling in the payment information as required by the selected payment method
- Tapping Pay now to complete your SocPoint purchase.
- After successfully buying SocPoint, the system will automatically return to the SocPoint sending interface
- Reselecting the SocPoint level that you want to send
- Tapping Send
- Tapping Confirm to complete.
TSend SocPoint at personal/Fanpage/Group livestreams on Soctrip
- Click on the Gift icon
right below the livestream of the individual/Fanpage/Group that you want to send SocPoint to.
- Click on one of the gift types corresponding to the SocPoint level that you want to send
- Click Send to complete.
- Tap on the Gift icon
right below the livestream of the individual/Fanpage/Group that you want to send SocPoint to.
- Tap on one of the gift types corresponding to the SocPoint level that you want to send
- Tap Send to complete.
Send SocPoint directly to other personal accounts
You can send SocPoint directly to your preferred personal account as follows:
- Go to your profile, select the Loyalty section
- Select the SocPoint section and scroll down to the Give SocPoint to your friends section
- Search and select the personal account that you want to send SocPoint to (You can use the Search tool or click Show more)
- At the personal account name that you want to send SocPoint to, click Send now
- Select 1 of 6 SocPoint levels that you want to send
- Click Send
- Click Confirm to complete.
- Go to your profile, scroll the menu bar to the right and select the Loyalty section
Or on the home page interface, tap on the iconat the end of the Soctrip menu bar and select the SocPoint section
- Select the SocPoint section and scroll down to the Give SocPoint to friends section
- Search and select the personal account that you want to send SocPoint to (You can use the Search tool or scroll down the screen to search)
- At the personal account name that you want to send SocPoint to, tap Send now
- Select 1 of 6 SocPoint levels that you want to send
- Tap Send
- Tap Confirm to complete.
