- Partnership with human rights organizations: Receiving verified lists of violating content to enhance detection effectiveness.
- Manual content moderation: A team of moderators in intensive training reviews and makes decisions on suspicious content.
- Automated reporting system: Algorithms are built to detect suspicious activities related to transactions or content.
2. Community Reporting
We encourage users to promptly report any content or behavior that appears to violate our standards through the following methods:
- Report button on the platform: Every piece of content on Soctrip includes an option to report violations.
- Hotline: Users can contact our support team via hotline or email.
- Cooperation with authorities: We receive and handle reports from multiple sources.
- Information security mode: All users' reports are kept confidential to protect the reporter’s identity.
3. Enforcement actions
Soctrip applies strict enforcement measures against violations, including:
- Immediate removal of violating content.
- Reduced distribution of problematic content that may negatively affect user experience.
- For content that may be sensitive, misleading, or confusing, we will send a warning so users can make adjustments.
- Permanent account bans in cases of repeated or prolonged violations.
