Depending on the car service that you want to track a booking to select With/Without driver or Airport Transfer in the left column of the management interface. Then, select Revervation management to start managing orders.
- In the search box, enter the Booking ID to find.
- Use filters to filter car rentals:

icon or go to the car rental order details and click Contact the booker to consult directly with the customer.
What information does the reservation details provide?
In the car order that you want to view its details, click on the Booking ID. Here, information displayed includes:
- Car information
- Guest information
- Booking details
- Price details
- Car rental status
- Payment information
- Function buttons corresponding to each order status (Confirm booking, Cancel booking, Deliver the car, Complete booking, Contact booker)
A. To pay
- The To pay status includes car bookings where the customer has not paid the deposit within the payment period allowed.
B. Waiting for confirmation
- The Waiting for confirmation status includes car bookings where the customer has paid a deposit and is waiting for the car owner to confirm the order.

STEPS TO CANCEL A BOOKING: In case the service cannot be provided, the car owner can choose to cancel the booking but will be subject to a penalty fee (compensation for the customer) based on Soctrip's cancellation policy (the closer to the rental date, the higher the penalty fee).

C. Confirmed
- The Confirmed status includes car bookings where the customer has paid a deposit and the car owner has confirmed the booking.
STEPS TO CONFIRM DELIVERY (i.e. picked up for airport shuttle service):

D. In progress
- The In Progress status includes bookings that have been confirmed by the owner for delivery (i.e. picked up for airport shuttle service) and the customer is in the process of using the service.
- The car owner can click to confirm the booking/rental completion after the car owner and customer have completed the final car/passenger return procedures.

E. Completed
- The Completed status includes bookings where the car owner has confirmed the booking is complete.
F. Cancelled
- The Cancelled status includes paid deposit bookings that have been cancelled by the customer during the non-refundable time period.
G. Refund
- The Refund section includes bookings that have been cancelled by the car owner, not confirmed on time, or cancelled by the customer during the deposit refund time period. The booking is in Refund Processing or Refunded status.
H. Payment failed
- The Payment failed status includes bookings that were not paid successfully within the required time period (within 25 minutes of clicking Pay).
The Review management feature helps suppliers easily track car/service reviews, ratings, and customer experiences, thereby analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of their business. Car owners can use this feedback to improve service quality, enhance customer experience, and build business prestige.
In the left column of the manager interface, depending on whether you want to track reviews of car rental or shuttle services, you choose Car rental (With/Without driver) or Shuttle bus (Airport Transfer) then access Review management. The Review management interface displays the rating (Superb, Excellent, Very Good, Pleasant, Uncomforatable) and the overall evaluation criteria of the service (Value for money, Pick-up speed, Drop-off speed, Easy to find, Car condition, Car cleanliness).
Review search:
- Select the specific car you want to see the reviews.
- In the search bar, enter and select search requirements and click Apply to find reviews. Press Reset to re-enter and select search information: Service date, Customer name, Booking number, Rating.
- The review list is displayed by default in order of newest priority. Select the sorting criteria according to your review viewing needs: Newest, Oldest, Highest and Lowest.

In the review you want to see full content, click View details.
A review displays the following information:
- Overall score (Rating)
- Review criterion scores
- Review content
- Images/Videos uploaded by customers
- Review time
- Car name
