Account balance management is an important part of the business process. Soctrip provides this tool to help property owners (collectively referred to as "hotel" owners) track details and control all related financial transactions, from booking revenue, payable fees, customer refunds to withdrawals to bank accounts. By optimally using the account balance management tool, you can ensure that every transaction is recorded accurately and transparently, helping you control your cash flow and handle your income and expenses efficiently.
At the hotel owner management interface, select the Account balance section located in the left column of the screen.
Information displayed here includes:
- Total balances: The total amount from total sales and refunds for complaints.
- Available balances: The total amount that can be immediately withdrawn to your bank account.

To track transactions for the desired time range, select the time range next to Transaction history then click Apply.
Click Export to export the transaction history file corresponding to the transaction being tracked.
Click Commission Rate in the top right corner of the screen to view the commission rate applied to your hotel for payments to the platform.
- Click Add account to add a bank account
- In the case of adding a bank account for the first time: Click Add account in the Bank accounts box at the top right of the Account balance interface.
- If a bank account has already been added: Click View all to access the list of bank accounts, then select Add account at the top of the list.
- Fill in bank account information:
- Bank name: Enter the bank name of the bank account you want to add.
- Bank address: Enter the address of the bank branch where you opened your account.
- Account name: Enter the account holder name, as it appears on the bank account opening documents.
- Account number: Enter your bank account number.
- SWIFT code: Enter the SWIFT code of your bank, consisting of 8 to 11 characters. This is a unique code for each bank and is used for international interbank transactions.
- Routing number (ABA): If the transaction is in the U.S., enter the 9-digit routing number used to identify the bank or financial institution you are using.
- IBAN number (Europe): If the transaction is in Europe, enter the IBAN number (International Bank Account Number), which can be up to 34 characters long, to identify your account in the international banking system.
- Click Add to complete.
- In the Bank accounts box at the top right of the screen, click View all to see the list of bank accounts in use.
Click Add account to add a new bank account. - To edit a bank account, select the icon
on the corresponding bank account. Update the information then click Save to complete.
- To delete a bank account, select the icon
on the corresponding bank account. A confirmation message will appear, click Confirm to complete.
- In the Available balances section, click Withdraw for money withdrawal.
- Fill in complete withdrawal information:
- Enter withdrawal amount
- Select bank account
- Enter description
- Check withdrawal information:

Total
- Click Submit
- Type your Soctrip account password then click Submit to complete the withdrawal.
