In the manager, you need to provide complete information, photos, facilities and policies of the property (collectively referred to as “hotel”). This information not only supports Soctrip in verification but also helps customers understand the hotel better, thereby making it easier to make a booking decision. Make sure the information is always provided promptly and accurately.
Steps to access a hotel management page:
- On the Soctrip homepage, click on the
icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on Partner Center and select the Hotel module Or hover over Partner Center and quickly select the Hotel module
- Click Manage at the hotel you want to start setting up management for.
Hotel management setting includes:
- General information
- Hotel facilities
- Hotel photos
- General policies
At the hotel owner management interface, select General information under the Hotel management section.
In case the hotel is not yet approved, the hotel owner cannot edit the hotel's general information. In case the hotel is approved, the hotel owner can edit the hotel's general information by clicking the Edit button.
A. Hotel information
- Update hotel name
- Update the hotel name in the business registration certificate
- Update hotel’s description
- Update hotel star rating
- Select if the hotel belongs to a chain and uses a channel management system:

- If the hotel belongs to a hotel chain: Select Yes and enter the name of the company, group or chain of which the hotel is a member.
- If the hotel uses a channel management system: Select Yes.
- Select a channel management system: Hotel Link Channel Manager, Ratetiger Channel Manager, other.
- Enter management channel information (ID, manager authentication key)

B. Hotel location
- Enter the address on the map in the search box
- Select Country/Region
- Select Province/State
- Select City/District
- Enter Zip code
- Enter the address on the business registration or the actual address of the hotel.
- Enter the distance from the hotel to the city center
C. Language & Currency:
Select the language and currency your hotel uses and offers services in.
D. Hotel floor/room:
Enter the number of floors and number of rooms.
E. Contact
- Update Full name
- Update Email
- Update Phone number
- Update Office phone number
- Update Position
- Tick if contactable 24 hours is available
- Click Add new contact to add more contacts
Click Save to save the updated information
Click Cancel to cancel the updated information
Note: When editing information in the General information section, the Soctrip moderation system will conduct a review process of the information.
- In the Hotel Management section located in the left column of the screen, select Property facilities.
- Click the Edit button to edit the information.
Tick to select the amenities that the hotel has. For certain services, tick to select if there is a charge or not.
Tick Top facilities to view the facilities recommended by Soctrip.
Tick Select all to select all amenities of the category.
Click Collapse all to collapse the amenities list.
- Click Save to save the updated information.
- Click Cancel to cancel the updated information.
- In the Hotel Management section located in the left column of the screen, select Property Photos.
- Click Edit to edit the information.
Upload hotel photos in the correct size recommended by Soctrip.
Click the x in the upper right corner of the photo to delete.
Click on an uploaded image to make it the hotel's main photo.
- Click Save to save the updated information.
- Click Cancel to cancel the updated information.
- In the Hotel Management section located in the left column of the screen, select General policies.
- Click Edit to edit information
Select 24-hour flexible check-in if the hotel allows flexible check-in
Enter hotel check in/check out time
Enter hotel description
Check hotel pet policy: Yes/No
Select payment method: Currently Soctrip only supports prepaid payment methods.
Set up cancellation policy:
- Select Non-Refundable or Refundable
- Click Add more policy to set up more cancellation policies.
IN CASE OF CHOOSING REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY:
+ Enter policy name
+ Turn on the Set as default button if you want to set this cancellation policy as default
+ Select no-show fee: Yes/No
- If a guest does not check in, the hotel can charge in three ways: First night(s) (By number of nights), % Total price (% of room value booked), Fixed amount (By certain amount).
+ Set up cancellation policies before check-in date:
- Enter the cancellation time period before check-in date and the corresponding cancellation fee that the guest will be charged.
- Click Add new to set additional timelines for the cancellation policy.
- You can see the policy summary below the policy you just set up.Set up children policy:
- Select children's age at hotel
- Click Add new to add a restriction policy
- Enter ages and select Yes or No fee corresponding to the ages.
- You can see the policy summary below the policy you just set up. - Click Save as draft to temporarily save the current setup information.
Click Cancel to discard the current setup information.
