Registering information and submitting a verification request is a crucial step to confirm identity, verify the legitimacy of the supplier's business, and ensure credibility and trust for both customers and businesses. Only properties (collectively referred to as "hotels") that have been verified are eligible to start operating and reach customers on Soctrip.
INFORMATION REGISTRATION FOR BECOMING A PARTNER:
- After logging into your Soctrip account, click on the icon
in the top right corner of the screen.
- Access Partner center
- Select Hotel
- Fill in the following information accurately and completely:
- General information
Company's legal name: matches the information in the certificate of business registration
Email: email of the hotel
Phone number: phone number of the hotel
Country/Region
Province/State
City/District
Address: address of the hotel
- Business contact
Full name: information of an individual who represents the hotel or the representative information in the hotel's business documents
Email: email of the hotel representative
Phone number: phone number of the hotel representative
- Check your information again. Then, click Send request to complete submitting your registration request to become a Soctrip partner.
HOTEL VERIFICATION REQUEST SUBMISSION:
- At the interface after submitting the request to become a partner, click Create new property to start setting up the accommodation information.
- Select the corresponding category and type of accommodation:
- Hotel: Love hotel, Motel, Hostel, Hotel.
- House: Entire home, Country house, Condotel, Vacation home, Holiday park, Homestay, Resort, Villa, Guest house.
- Apartment: Apartment.
- Other Accommodation: Cruise, Lodge, Farm stay, Inn, Glamping.
- Click Continue to proceed with the accommodation information setup
- Set up hotel information:
- General information:
Set up general information:
- Enter hotel name
- Enter legal entity name: The company name as stated in the Business license
- Enter hotel description
- Select the corresponding hotel star rating
- If the hotel belongs to a hotel chain: Select Yes and enter the company, group, or chain name of which the hotel is a member.
- If the hotel uses a channel manager system: Select Yes. Select the channel manager system: Hotel Link Channel Manager, Ratetiger Channel Manager, or others. Enter the management channel information (ID, authentication key)Set up Location:
- Enter the address in the search box on the map
- Select a Country/region
- Select a Province/State
- Select a City/district
- Enter Zip code
- Enter the address on the business registration certificate or the actual address of the hotel
- Enter the distance to the city center from the hotelSet up Language & currency: Choose the language and currency that your hotel uses and provides services in.
Set up Floors/Rooms: Enter the number of floors and rooms.
Set up Contact:
- Enter Full name
- Enter Email
- Enter phone number
- Enter office phone number
- Enter Position
- Tick if contactable 24/7 is available
- Click “Add new contact” to add more contacts
Click Continue to save the information and move on to the next setup step. - Hotel facilities:
Select the Property facilities section.
Tick to select the facilities included in the hotel. For some particular services, select whether they are Charge or Free.
Tick Top facilities to view the facilities recommended by Soctrip.
Tick Select all to choose all facilities in the category.
Click Collapse all to fold the list of facilities.
Click Continue to save the information and move on to the next setup step.
- Hotel photos:
Select the Property photos section.
Upload hotel photos according to the recommended size by Soctrip.
Click the x in the top right corner of a photo to delete it.
Click on an uploaded photo to set it as the main photo of the hotel.
Click Continue to save the information and move on to the next setup step.
- Hotel policies:
Select the Property policies section.
Tick Flexible check-in 24h if the hotel allows flexible check-in
Enter the hotel's check-in/check-out time range
Enter a description of the hotel policies
Select the hotel’s pet policy: Yes/No
Tick to select the payment method: Currently, Soctrip only accepts prepayment.
Cancellation policy setup:
- Tick to select Non-refundable or Refundable
- Click Add new policy to set up more cancellation policies.
IN CASE OF CHOOSING REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY:- Enter policy name
- Enable Set as default if you want to set this cancellation policy as default
- Select no-show fee: Yes/No
If a guest does not check in, the hotel can charge in three ways: First night(s) (By number of nights), % Total price (% of room value booked), Fixed amount (By certain amount). - Set up cancellation policies before check-in date:
Enter the cancellation time period before check-in date and the corresponding cancellation fee that the guest will be charged.
Click Add new to set additional timeframes for cancellation policies.
You can see the policy summary below the policy you just set up.
Children policy setup:
- Select an age for children at the hotel
- Click Add new to add policy restrictions
- Enter the age and select Yes or No to be charged according to that age.
- You can see the policy summary below the policy you just set up.Click Continue to save the information and move on to the next setup step.
- Click Save as draft to temporarily save the current setup information.
- Click Cancel to discard the current setup information. - Room information setup:
- Create a room:
Click Add room to add a new room
Enter full room information:
- Choose room type
- Enter room name
- Enter room description
- Enter the number of rooms
- Enter the maximum number of adults
- Enter the maximum number of children
- Enter room size
- Select the unit of measurement for room size
- Select whether there is a bathroom or not: Enter the number of bathrooms
- Select whether there is a balcony or notEntering full bed information:
- Click Add new to add different bed options
- Select a bed type
- Enter the number of beds
- Click Add new to add another bed type within the same selection
- Enter the maximum number of extra beds (if any)Choose room amenities:
- Click Choose room amenities and then select the amenities available in the room.
- Click Select all to quickly choose all amenities in a category.
- Click Apply to confirm the selected amenities.Upload room photos:
- Upload room photos according to the correct size recommended by Soctrip.
- Click the x in the top right corner of a photo to delete it.
- Click on an uploaded photo to set it as the main photo of the room.Click Save to save all the room information you just set up.
In the list of setup rooms, select a room to edit its information. Click on the button
in the corresponding room to select Duplicate or Delete room.
Click Continue to save the information and move on to the next setup step.
- Review information:
Double-check the setup information.
Click Preview property to preview how the hotel appears on Soctrip.
Click Continue to save the information and move on to the next setup step.
Click Save as draft to temporarily save the current setup information.
Click Cancel to discard the current setup information. - Provide information and review the Contract agreement:
- Enter full contract information:
Enter Full name: matches the name of the representative as stated in the hotel's business documents
Select Business/Personal role
Enter Email: email address of the hotel representative
Enter Phone number: phone number of the hotel representative
Upload the required documents. Click Add new to upload additional files.
Tick to select I am the authorized signatory for the contract
Click Continue to move on to the next setup step.
- Review contract:
View contract information
Tick to select I hereby agree with the content of the above Property Contract
- Click Submit to send the hotel verification request.
Click Save as draft to temporarily save the current setup information.
Click Cancel to discard the current setup information.
After the request is submitted, the system will verify your hotel information. If the hotel is successfully verified, you can start your business on Soctrip. If the hotel verification is rejected, please review the reason for rejection and resubmit the request.

Regulations on documents
- Official documents issued and recognized by the host country.
- Documents must be valid, either as the original or a valid notarized copy or a copy with an official seal.
- Documents must contain complete personal or business information.
- If the document includes a photo, the entire face must be clearly visible.
- Photos of documents must be taken in a well-lit area, sharp, colorful, and not obscured, and the text in the photos can be read clearly.
- Scans must be from original documents, or photos must be taken directly with the phone, not through another device's screen.
- Images must show all sides and pages of the documents.
NOTES:
- Hotel owners are required to update documents and resubmit the verification request in case the previously verified verification is no longer accurate.
- In case the Owner changes information on the registration documents with the State agency in the host country, the Owner must update the changed information, and Soctrip will conduct verification again.
- In case Soctrip requires additional information and verification documents to ensure the hotel's operation on the Soctrip system, the Owner needs to update the information as requested and resubmit the verification request.
- Soctrip will send you an email as soon as your hotel is approved. While waiting for verification, although your hotel cannot be public yet, you can still pre-set up room rates and other related objects by accessing the Hotel module:
In the search bar, enter your hotel name to find it.
Choose how to display hotels based on your role: Admin, Owner, Receptionist, or Advertiser.
Sort the display of hotels by Latest update or Oldest update.
Use filters to display hotels by status: Active, Inactive, In review, Draft, Rejected.
Select List view or Grid view for display mode.
Click Manage on the hotel you submitted for verification and start setting it up.
