How to look up a booking ID from the home page interface?
- Select Search Booking
- Enter the booking ID and PIN code from the order
- Click Search.
How to manage a booking?
After making a reservation, you can track your room by clicking theicon on the sidebar and then accessing the My bookings section.
- In the Search box, enter the booking ID to find it
- Click the booking status you want to track to view all bookings in that status.
- Click the booking to view details. The booking information is fully shown here:
- Hotel information
- Room details
- Guest information
- Special requests
- Check-in policy
- Payment information
- Payment & discount details
- Booking details
- Functions corresponding to each booking status (Cancel room, Pay, Review, Rebook)
- Click the
button in the hotel information section to message the hotel directly.
Customers can track and manage the details of their bookings according to the following status categories from the moment of booking until the stay is completed:
- Pending
- For certain special hotels, you need to submit a Booking request, wait for the hotel to confirm the booking, and then proceed with the payment.
- The Pending section includes bookings with the Pending confirmation status (awaiting confirmation from the hotel).
- TIn the All bookings section, access the details of the Pending payment booking (a hotel booking that has been confirmed and is waiting for your payment), click the Payment button, and proceed with the online payment steps:
- Select a payment method:
ATM card/Internet Banking
Visa, Master Card
E-wallet
Scan QR code/Transfer
Mobile money
Buy now pay later
Installment conversion
- Select a Promotional voucher from the payment gateway
Step 1: Click Promotional vouchers in the Payment information column
Step 2: Select the voucher you are eligible to apply to the booking
Step 3: Click Confirm - Click Pay now
- Follow the required steps (enter card information, personal information, scan QR code, etc.) for the selected payment method to complete the payment.
Note: If you do not make the payment within 3 hours of the hotel’s reservation confirmation, the booking will be canceled by the system.
You can choose to cancel the booking if you no longer wish to proceed with the reservation and stay at the hotel.
STEPS TO CANCEL A BOOKING:
- Click the booking you want to cancel
- Click Cancel booking
- Select a reason for booking cancellation and click Continue
Select Keep this booking if you still want to retain your previous booking. - Click Cancel booking (the cancelation fee will be applied according to the hotel's cancelation policy)
- Click Done to cancel the booking.
- Confirmed
- The Confirmed status includes bookings that have been confirmed by the hotel.
- At the Confirmed booking details interface, click Cancel booking to cancel the reservation (the cancelation fee will be applied according to the hotel's cancelation policy).
- In progress
- The In progress status includes bookings that have been confirmed by the hotel, and you are currently using the accommodation services.
- Completed
- The Completed section includes the Pending review status (the hotel has confirmed checkout, and is waiting for you to review its service) and the Completed status (you have finished your stay and reviewed the service).
- At the Pending review and Completed booking details interface, click Rebook to return to the hotel details page and rebook this hotel.
STEPS TO REVIEW THE SERVICE:
- Click the booking ID to access the details of the booking you want to review
- Click Review
- Complete the review items:
- Rate the overall stay experience
- Enter your review content
- Add photos/videos (if available)
- Rate by criterion: Value for money, Amenities, Cleanliness, Services provided, Location.
- Click Submit review to upload your review
- Once the confirmation message appears, click Submit to upload the review, or click Cancel to return to edit your review.
- Canceled
- The Canceled status includes bookings that have been canceled by you, the hotel, or Soctrip.
- At the Canceled booking details interface, click Rebook to return to the hotel details page and rebook this hotel.
