Reservation

Once you've searched for and selected your desired property (collectively referred to as “hotels”), you'll go through the steps for reservation including selecting your length of stay, providing contact information, selecting a payment method and completing your reservation quickly and accurately.

Steps for Soctrip reservation:

Select the hotel you want to book
Search for available rooms:

Step 1: At the search bar for available rooms, select:
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Number of rooms
- Number of adults
- Number of children (age)
Step 2: Click Search
- The room with cheap price and best relevance to search information will be tagged with “Best match”
- Each available room displays the information including:
  - Breakfast included
  - Cancellation
  - Maximum number of guests
  - Room price
  - Click View details to view the details of the room and images
Step 3: Click +/- to select the desired number of rooms
The system displays the total number of selected rooms with total payment at the bottom of the screen. Click Book room.

In case of a Room-unavailable notification, click Change room to re-select another room or click Find another hotel to go back to the hotel search list.
Fill out the booking information:

Step 1: Complete contact information including:
- Full name
- Email
- Phone number
Step 2: In case of booking for someone else to stay, switch on the toggle Book for other, then enter the guest's contact information including:
- Full name
- Email
- Phone number
Step 3: Tick to select the expected check-in/check-out time. Select a time and then click Apply.

Step 4: Enter Special requests (if desired)
Click Select a voucher

Tick the eligible voucher and then click Confirm

In case a separate voucher is available, click Add promo code, enter a code, and then click Apply
Click Next
Review all reservation details and then click Payment to go to the next step

For some special hotels, you need to send a Booking request (click the Booking request button instead of Payment), wait for the hotel to confirm the reservation before proceeding with payment.

Steps for online payment:

At the online payment interface:

Select a payment method:

ATM card/Internet Banking
Visa, MasterCard
E-Wallet
Scan QR code/Transfer
Mobile money
Buy now pay later
Installment

Select Promotional vouchers from the payment gate

Step 1: Click Promotional vouchers in the Payment information column

Step 2: Select the eligible voucher for the reservation

Step 3: Click Confirm
Click Pay now
Act as required (enter card information, enter personal information, scan QR code, etc.) of each payment method you have selected to complete the payment.

After successful payment, Soctrip will notify you of the successful booking, and send your hotel-confirmed reservation information to your email.

Steps for Soctrip reservation:

Select the hotel that you want to book

Tap the desired hotel to view details
Search for available rooms:

Step 1: Tap Choose room

Step 2: Select the information again according to the stay need (if necessary) and then tap Apply change:
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Number of rooms
- Number of adults
- Number of children
Step 3: List of available rooms shows:
- The room with cheap price and best relevance to search information will be tagged with “Best match”
- Cancellation. Tap at theicon to view the policy in detail.
- Services included
- Room capacity (Maximum number of guests)
- Room price
Step 4: Tap View details to view the details of the room and images.

Step 5: Tap +/- to select the desired number of rooms
The system displays the total number of selected rooms with total payment at the bottom of the screen. Tap Book now to proceed with your reservation.
Fill out the booking information:

Step 1: Review the selected room details

Step 2: Complete contact information including:
- Full name
- Email
- Phone number
Step 3: In case of booking for someone else to stay, switch on the toggle I’m booking for someone else, then enter the guest's contact information including:
- Full name
- Email
- Phone number
Step 4: Tick to select the earliest check-in time and the latest check-out time. Select a time and then tap Apply

Step 5: Enter special requests (if desired)

Step 6: Tap at theicon to review your payment details
Tap Next
Tap Select a voucher

Tick the eligible voucher and then tap Confirm

In case a separate voucher is available, tap Add promo code, enter a code, and then tap Apply.
Review all reservation details
- Booking details
- Room details
- Payment details (room price, promotions, taxes and fees)
Tap Go to payment to go to the next step.

For some special hotels, you need to send a Booking request (tap Booking request instead of Payment), wait for the hotel to confirm the reservation before proceeding with payment.
