Account balance management is an important part of doing business on an e-commerce platform. Soctrip provides this tool to help the seller track and control all financial transactions, including order income, refunds, business support expenses, arising expenses, and withdrawals to personal bank accounts. If sellers effectively use the account balance management tool, they can ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly, bringing convenience and transparency.
In the shop manager interface, click the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to access the Account balance management interface.
Here, the following information is fully provided:
- Total balance: Total amount from sales and refund claims.
- Available balance: Total amount available for withdrawal to bank account
- List of transaction history:
Order income
Commission
Withdrawals
Refund from orders
Adjustment
Balance summary
Click on the time box to select the time period you want to view transaction history.
Click Export to download the transaction history file corresponding to the transaction category being viewed.
Add and manage bank accounts
How to add a bank account?
- Click Add account to add a bank account:
- In case of adding a bank account for the first time: Click Add account in the Bank account box on the top right of the Account balance interface.
- In case there are already bank accounts added: Click View all to access the list of bank accounts, then click Add account at the top of the list.
- Enter bank account information:
- Bank name: Enter the bank name of the bank account you want to add.
- Branch address: Enter the address of the bank branch where you opened your account.
- Account name: Enter the account holder's name exactly as it appears on the documents used to open the account at the bank.
- Account number: Enter your bank account number.
- SWIFT Code: Enter the SWIFT code of your bank, consisting of 8 to 11 characters. This is a unique code for each bank used in global interbank transactions.
- Routing number (ABA): If you are transacting in the US, enter the 9-digit Routing Number used to identify the bank or financial institution you are using.
- IBAN number (Europe): If you are transacting in Europe, enter the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of up to 34 characters to identify your account in the international banking system.
- Click Add to finish.
How to manage bank accounts
- In the Bank account box on the top right of the screen, click View all to see the bank accounts in use.
- Click Add account to add a new bank account
- Click on the icons
to edit/delete the bank account.
Withdraw money to a bank account
- In the Available balance section, click Withdraw to make a withdrawal.
- Enter complete withdrawal information:
- Enter withdrawal amount
- Select a bank account
- Enter description

- Click Submit
- Enter your Soctrip account password and click Submit to complete the withdrawal.
How to top up your account
- Click Top up to add money to your account
- Enter amount
- Click Confirm to proceed to the payment interface.
- Select a payment method:
- Domestic ATM card/Internet Banking
- Visa, MasterCard
- E-wallet
- Scan QR code/ Bank transfer
- Mobile account
- Buy now, pay later
- Installment conversion
The system defaults to displaying the payment interface using Vietnamese domestic cards. Click Pay with international cards in the upper corner of the screen to make payment using your international card. - Click Pay
- Follow the required steps (enter card information, enter personal information, scan QR code, etc.) of each payment method you have chosen to complete the payment.
