Account Balance Management

Account Balance Management is a crucial part of business operations. Soctrip provides this tool to help travel agencies track and control all financial transactions in detail, including revenue from bookings, payable fees, customer refunds, and withdrawals to bank accounts. By optimizing the use of the account balance management tool, you can ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and transparent, enabling effective cash flow control and efficient financial management.

 

At the manager interface for travel agencies, select on thewallet vi tien.pngicon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Here displays information including:

  • Total balances: The total amount from total revenue and complaint refunds.
  • Available balances: The total amount available for immediate withdrawal to the bank account
  • List of transaction history:

    b.pngWithdrawals
    b.pngRefund from booking
    b.pngAdjustment
    b.pngBalance summary

To track transactions within a desired time frame, select the time period above the Transaction history section.

Click Export to generate a file of the transaction history corresponding to the selected transaction category.

HOW TO ADD A BANK ACCOUNT?
  1. Click Add account to add a bank account
    • If adding a bank account for the first time: Click Add account in the Bank accounts section at the top right of the Account balance interface.
    • If a bank account has already been added: Click View all to access the list of bank accounts, then click Add account at the top of the list.
  2. Enter bank account details:
    • Bank name: Enter the name of the bank for the account you want to add.
    • Bank address: Enter the branch address where you opened your account.
    • Account name: Enter the account holder's name exactly as it appears on official bank documents.
    • Account number: Enter your bank account number.
    • SWIFT code: Enter your bank's SWIFT code, consisting of 8 to 11 characters. This unique code is used for interbank transactions globally.
    • Routing number (ABA): If processing transactions in the U.S., enter the 9-digit routing number that identifies your bank or financial institution.
    • IBAN number (Europe): If processing transactions in Europe, enter the IBAN number (International Bank Account Number), which can be up to 34 characters long, to identify your account in the international banking system.
  3. Click Add to complete
HOW TO MANAGE BANK ACCOUNTS?

At the Bank accounts section in the upper right corner of the screen, click View all to see the list of active bank accounts.

  • Click Add account to add a new bank account
  • To delete a bank account, click on themceclip0.pngbutton next to the corresponding bank account.
HOW TO WITHDRAW MONEY TO A BANK ACCOUNT?
  1. At the Available balances section, click Withdraw to proceed with the withdrawal
  2. Enter all required withdrawal information:
    • Enter withdrawal amount
    • Select bank account
    • Enter a description
    • Check withdrawal information:

      b.pngTransaction fee
      b.pngTotal
  3. Click Submit
  4. Enter your Soctrip account password and click Submit to complete.
HOW TO TOP UP YOUR ACCOUNT?
  1. Click Top up to add money to your account
  2. Enter an amount
  3. Click Confirm to proceed to the payment interface
  4. Select the payment method:
    • ATM card/Internet Banking
    • Visa, Master Card
    • E-Wallet
    • Scan QR code/Transfer
    • Mobile Money
    • Buy now, pay later
    • Installment conversion
    The system defaults to displaying the payment interface for domestic Vietnamese cards. Click Pay via international card at the top of the screen to make a payment using your international card.
  5. Click Pay now
  6. Perform the required actions (enter card information, enter personal details, scan QR code, etc.) for the selected payment method to complete the payment.
