Fanpage management
CONDITIONS FOR ADDING FANPAGE IN FANPAGE MANAGEMENT SECTION
- Adding a fanpage to your business account makes it convenient for you to manage your ads manager in case you have multiple Fanpages or multiple business accounts. Once you add a Fanpage to your business account, you'll see the Fanpage name available in the corresponding business account.
- To add a Fanpage to a business account in Ads manager, you must have full control of the Fanpage, and you must also have full control of the business account.
- The Fanpage you want to add must not be owned by another person or business. Each Fanpage can only be owned by one business.
STEPS TO ADD FANPAGES
- Go to the business account that needs to add a fanpage, click Fanpage management in the left column of the advertising manager interface
- Click Add fanpage
- Click Select fanpage and choose the desired Fanpage to add
- Click Add to complete the process
- Access the business account that needs to add a fanpage, tap on Settings in the lower right corner of the ad manager interface
- Tap Fanpage management
- Select Add fanpage
- Choose the desired Fanpage to add
- Tap Add to finalize the process.
STEPS TO REMOVE ADDED FANPAGES
- Go to the business account that needs to remove a fanpage, click Fanpage management in the left column of the advertising manager interface
- Locate the Fanpage that needs to be removed from the business account, click the remove icon
- When the confirmation interface appears, continue pressing Remove to complete.
- Go to the business account that needs to remove a fanpage, tap on Settings in the lower right corner of the ad manager interface
- Tap Fanpage management
- Locate the Fanpage that needs to be removed from the business account, tap the remove icon
- When the confirmation interface appears, continue tapping Remove to complete.
Once a Fanpage is removed from a business account, another organization with appropriate Page management permissions can add it to their business account.
Add/delete management accounts
Adding management accounts enables streamlined oversight and delegation of roles for team members directly from your Business account
Each business account can add a maximum of 5 management accounts
STEPS TO ADD A MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT
- Go to the business account that needs to add a management account, click Add a management account in the left column of the advertising manager interface
- Click Add account
- In the Select friends box, tick the names of the accounts you want to invite to manage your business ad account
- Click Add to complete the process.
- Go to the business account that needs to add a management account, tap Settings in the lower right corner of the advertising manager interface
- Tap Manage business accounts
- Select Add account
- Tick the names of the accounts you wish to invite to manage your business ad account
- Tap Add to finalize.
STEPS TO REMOVE AN ADDED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT
- Go to the business account that needs to remove the management account, click Add a management account in the left column of the advertising manager interface
- Locate the account you want to remove and click the remove icon
next to the name.
- When the confirmation interface appears, continue clicking Remove to complete.
- Go to the business account that needs to remove the management account, tap Settings in the lower right corner of the advertising manager interface
- Tap Manage business accounts
- Locate the account you want to remove and tap the remove icon
next to it.
- When the confirmation interface appears, continue tapping Remove to complete.
