Guide to create ads – Help Center

Go to your Fanpage interface, and click on Advertise at the top of the screen
Select the account for creating ads

To select Personal account: by default, the interface displays your personal account. If you want to create ads using your personal account, verify that your personal account name appears in the top left corner without any additional actions
To select Business account: click on the account box located in the upper left corner of the screen, then click on the name of the business account to create an ad
To select Shared business account: click the account selector in the top left corner and choose the shared business account for creating ads

Select the Campaigns section in the left column of the advertising manager interface
Click Create and select Create a new campaign

Steps to create a new campaign

In the Campaign objective section, choose an objective that aligns with your ad goals

Reach: expand the display scope of advertising to many people; this objective helps you increase brand recognition and reach a large target audience. If your Page is completely new or has just changed its name, the awareness objective can make your page more familiar to potential customers.
Traffic: optimize the delivery of users to your website or landing page; this objective helps increase traffic and encourage users to explore your products or services, thereby driving conversions and sales.
Community interaction: encourage users to interact with your content by following or visiting your Page, strengthening customer connections, and building a social presence. You will get more followers or page visits. If you want to market and promote something, page followers are really important. This goal will help you increase your followers extremely quickly on Soctrip.

In the General information section, enter Campaign name. The campaign name just needs to not violate Soctrip's community standards. Customers/users will not see the name of the campaign you created
Click Continue to proceed to the Ad group creation step.

Steps to create a new ads Group

In the Ads group name section, enter the ads group name. The ad group name only needs to not violate Soctrip's community standards. Customers/users won't see the name of the ad group you created.
In the Placements section, choose your ad group placement to create maximum impact

Select Advantage+placements (recommended) to allow Soctrip to optimize budget allocation and increase ad reach effectively. Soctrip brings your advertising to the right place at the right time depending on your available budget
Select Manual placements,then click on the appropriate locations if you want to specify where your ads will be displayed. The more locations you choose, the greater the potential audience reach.

In the Targeting section, select audience information that matches your strategies and tactics to improve your campaigns:

Locations: choose the geographical area of your target audience
Languages: select the language preferences of your target audience
Gender: choose one or multiple gender categories of your target audience
Age: adjust the age range slider to broaden or narrow the age bracket of your target audience

Advanced targeting: click on Advanced targeting and select the following audience categories to optimize ad delivery quality (if desired), including:
Interest and behavior: select 1 or more interest categories of the customer group that the ad is targeting
Platform: select 1 or more platforms using Soctrip of the customer group that the advertisement is targeting

In the Budget section: there are 2 types you can choose:

Daily budget: Click on daily budget and enter the fee you want to spend on advertising each day, Soctrip will distribute it automatically, some days it may be more, some days it will be less than this amount, but on average it will still be within the budget you set.
Lifetime budget: Click on lifetime budget and enter the lifetime budget for an advertising campaign;at the same time, select the start and end time of the ad group in the Schedule section to customize the time and date of the campaign run.

Click Next to proceed to the create ads step.

Steps to create a new Ads

In the General information section:

Enter the Ads name, ensuring compliance with our community standards. Customers/users will not see this name.

Select the Business/Fanpage to associate with the ad (one selection only).
In the Ads creation section

Choose ads type: click to create a new post or choose to use an existing articles

In case you choose Create new post:

Upload an image or video for the ad content

Enter a Title for the advertisement.The title must not violate Soctrip's community standards and advertising policies.

Enter a Description for the ads.The description must not violate Soctrip's community standards and advertising policies

Choose Call to action (if available): Choose the type of action to show on the ad (e.g, Register form, Contact us, Book now or manually enter the button name in the Other box) and enter the destination URL.

In case you choose Use existing articles

Click Select post to select a post from the list of available posts on the Fanpage, then click Confirm.

Note: Only posts with images or videos can be used for ads.

Complete the following information:

The Image/video will be extracted from the selected post and cannot be edited

Enter a Title for the advertisement. The title must not violate Soctrip's community standards and advertising policies

Description: the description will be extracted from the selected post and cannot be edited.

Choose Call to action (if available): choose the type of action to show on the ad (e.g, Register form, Contact us, Book now or manually enter the button name in the Other box) and enter the destination URL.
Click Submit to proceed to the next step.

Choose a payment wallet to run ads

Click to select the corresponding personal wallet or business wallet. You need to make sure you have enough balance to match the funding level you selected in the step above. If your personal wallet or business wallet does not have a balance, refer to how to top up your wallet in the Payment section.
Click Submit to pay and complete the ads creation process.

Tap Create to initiate a new Campaign.

You can refer to the audience Definition information estimated by the system based on the targets you have selected.

In the Budget section: there are 2 types you can choose:

Daily budget: Tap Daily budget and enter the fee you want to spend on advertising each day, Soctrip will distribute it automatically, some days it may be more, some days it will be less than this amount, but on average it will still be within the budget you set
Lifetime budget: Tap Lifetime budget and enter the lifetime budget for an advertising campaign, at the same time, select the start and end time of the ad group in the Schedule section to customize the time and date of the campaign run.

Tap Next to proceed to the Create ads step.

Steps to create a new Ad

In case you choose Use existing articles

Tap Select post to select a post from the list of available posts on the Fanpage, then tap Confirm.

Note: Only posts with images or videos can be used for ads.
