Soctrip's car booking/rental management feature not only helps you keep track of car status, and monitor service-related information and updates, but also ensures that you can take the necessary actions to handle any arising situations (if any) promptly. In addition, the management also helps store the history of car services booked on Soctrip, bringing you convenience and satisfaction whenever you need to plan a trip.
How to look up a car booking/rental code on the home page interface:
- Select Search booking ID
- Enter the car booking ID and PIN code contained in the order
- Click Search
How to manage car booking/rental:
After booking/renting a car, you can track your order by clicking on theicon on the sidebar and going to My bookings.
- In the Search box, enter the booking ID or car/service name to search.
- Click on the order/rental status you want to track to see all orders in that status.
- Click on the car booking/rental order to see details. Full information is displayed here:

button in the car information section to exchange more information with the car owner.

From the moment of booking/renting a car to the completion of the service, customers can track and manage the details of their car bookings/rentals according to the following status categories:
A. To pay:
- The To pay status includes car bookings/rentals for which customers have not paid the deposit within the allowed payment period.
- On the To pay order details interface, click the Pay now button to proceed with the online payment steps.
B. Waiting for confirm:
- The Waiting-for-confirmation status includes car bookings/rentals where the customer has paid a deposit and is waiting for the car owner to confirm the order.
- You can choose to cancel your car booking/rental if you no longer wish to continue with the booking and service process.
STEPS TO CANCEL A CAR BOOKING/RENTAL:
- Click Cancel booking
- Select a reason for cancellation and click Continue
- Click Cancel booking (Cancellation fee is calculated based on Soctrip's cancellation policy)
- A notification appears that the booking/rental was successfully canceled, click Done.
C. Confirmed:
- The Confirmed status includes car bookings/rentals where the customer has paid a deposit and the car owner has confirmed the booking.
- At the Confirmed order detail interface, the cancellation of a car order is performed similarly to the Waiting for confirmation order.
D. In progress:
- The In progress status includes car rental/booking orders that have been confirmed by the car owner for delivery (for car rental services) or confirmed for pick-up (for airport transfer services) and the customer is in the process of using the service.
E. Completed:
- The Completed status includes bookings/rentals where the car owner has confirmed the booking/rental is complete.
STEPS TO REVIEW CAR BOOKING/RENTAL SERVICES:
- Click Review
- Complete the review sections:
- Overall review of the experience of using the car rental/booking service
- Enter review content
- Add photos/videos (if any)
- Review by criteria: Value for money, Pick-up speed, Drop-off speed, Easy to find, Car condition, Car cleanliness.
- Click Submit review
- A confirmation message appears, click Submit to complete.
You will not be able to edit your review once you have submitted it. To review, you can go to the car details page and find it under Customer reviews.
F. Canceled:
- The Canceled status includes paid deposit bookings/rentals that were canceled by the customer during the non-refundable time period.
- At the Canceled order details interface, click Book again to return to the car details page and book the order again.
G. Refund:
- The Refund section includes the car bookings/rentals that were canceled by the car owner, not confirmed on time, or you canceled during the deposit refund time period. These bookings are in Refund processing and Refunded status.
H. Payment failed:
- The Payment failed status includes car bookings/rentals that were not paid successfully within the required time period (within 25 minutes of clicking Pay).
- At the Payment failed order detail interface, click Pay now to proceed with the payment steps again.
How to look up a car booking code on the home page interface?
- Select Search booking
- Enter the car booking ID and PIN code contained in the order
- Tap Search.

- Select My bookings
- Select Cars.
